Mr Wilby is a consultant urological surgeon based at Spire hospital and Queen Alexandra Hospital (QAH) in Portsmouth. He is the lead for urological cancer at QAH and has a specialist interest in minimally invasive and robotic surgery for bladder and kidney cancer, as well as offering services in all other aspects of urology. He was the first urologist in Hampshire to perform a robotic bladder removal (cystectomy).
